•Please advise your teacher before class if you have any significant health problems, injuries, are pregnant or are menstruating so that alternative poses may be suggested. •Practice on an empty stomach. •Arrive to class on time and enter the studio with clean feet. •Refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or colognes to class. •Turn off all mobile devices and pagers. •HAVE FUN!
